I love a good tutu. And I admit, I haven't worn one in a while so I was all smiles when I came upon the lovely, happy work of Rebecca Shady of Tutu Moi in Atlanta...
Rebecca grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and studied dance. As she grew older and her entrepreneurial skills were sharpened, she knew there was a market for a luxe tutu and created Tutu Moi in 2014. The skirts are made to order with a zippered closure using high quality soft satins and tulles, with styles available for every body type. No elastic waistbands will be found here as these well designed pieces are made to be flattering, feminine and timeless.
Rebecca's best selling Signature Tutu adds a bit more glam and fun. The modified A-line skirt is accentuated by a feather embellishment along the top. What's great about every tutu is they can be fancy, from a cocktail hour or a wedding to super casual, worn with your favorite t shirt and kicks.
I just love them and am already eyeing one for an upcoming Christmas party. See Rebecca's entire collection, which includes adorable tutus for tots and tweens, here.
