My schedule today is a bit maddening as I have appointment after appointment scheduled and with all the plans and priorities to keep, I have not utilized my time all that well the past 24 hours. So...I'm in need of a quick post today. And did I mention I'm hungry? I never eat well when I'm busy. And when I'm hungry, I want carbs and chocolate. Specifically anything made by teenage phenom, Izy Hassock.
I love to check out Izy's food blog, Top With Cinnamon, to see what she's concocted next- and photographed so beautifully. These Chocolate dipped peanut butter cookies with pomegranate salt stopped me in my tracks as the flavor combo just sounded so good. I could easily eat a dozen in one sitting right now...
