The Vintage Toolbox

When I saw this toolbox at the lovely LOVintage Finds, I remembered how I've always wanted an old wooden or metal box to store my stuff. So, it inspired me to do a little search on Etsy...

From top left: Red toolbox via Charleston, West Virgninia, the Vintage Lockheed company wooden toolbox, A rusty blue toolbox from Franklin, North Carolina and this cool shaped green toolbox from New Orleans at The Vintage Ruby.

I love the look of this vintage tote which would make a great toolbox or storage for all manner of items...or put a cute cushion in there and make it a dog bed.

I think vintage tools would be a cool gift for a guy. These come from the beautifully curated shop, Tom Laurus. These hammers are just as useful as the ones you can find at the hardware store but with a much cooler history and design...
